I went into this shop today looking for a gift. The attitude of the elderly lady who was serving was appalling and in the end I'm afraid I had to walk out before any purchase was made. I was shocked at how rude she was. Thankfully, I found a lovely gift in the jewelry shop down the road where help and service was perfect. I had to score one star as 'none' could be selected.
