James did not fix the leaks in my roof as promised, he's still to patch up the cement he did on the house verge as agreed since a bit fell out in the rain before it set.

Arranged numerous different days to return, all resulting in 'no shows', never any prior text or call to inform me though. Today was the last straw, he'd agreed to come and said he'd phone me in the morning. No show, no call, no text. Business as usual then.

I hope anyone reading this thinks twice and saves themselves the situation I've had. I'm £250 down with an unclogged gutter pipe to show for it. Great value, I'm sure you'll agree.
