Motorcycle Pit Stop in Letchworth Garden City

Do not use this company whataver you do!

It is honestly not even worth 1 star. My partner took his bike in 3.5 weeks ago and as it was losing power. Took them almost week to 'diagnose' the problem. Then over a week for the parts to arrive. And that was with him chasing them up.

Turned up yesterday and sat there until they 'repaired' his bike. All they seemed to do was take it apart then put it back together with new spark plugs. Had done absolutely nothing in the 3.5 weeks it had been in and everytime he phoned up they said it would be ready the next day. Then they had the guts to charge £420 for doing nothing! Refused to give his bike back until he paid them and the bike still doesn't work. Just about managed to ride it home where it is now sitting until we can find another company to repair it.

Do not use this company!! They will rip you off.
