Lincoln City Bus Station in Lincoln

Tried to ring bus station today, just got constant message saying "the other person has cleared" is this to stop people contacting them? My reason for ringing is as follows, my 85 year old mother got on the bus and presented her bus pass to be told by the driver the bus pass was out of date, he then refused to give her the bus pass back, so she got off the bus. I rang the council regarding a new bus pass, they stated he should not have taken the bus pass as it was not his property. Today in what I can only call a fit of road rage two bus drivers in the station thought it a good idea to leave their buses and go and shout abuse at a taxi driver for supposedly not giving way to one of them. I witnessed the whole thing, being the passenger in the cab. The bus driver pulled out without warning when the cab was half way down the side of bus thus causing the cab to swerve and the driver to sound his horn. I believe these bus drivers acted recklessly and could have caused injury to me or the cab driver and for that matter the people walking across the crossing. This happened at about 3:15 pm today I did not manage to get the registration of the bus but maybe some other witness did.
