One of my friends rents one of this chap’s properties. No fire safety or general safety taken into consideration. Complete health hazard. I would not recommend for building work or renting. No consideration for customers or tenants. I was in complete shock when I visited my friend. I’m surprised nothing has been done about it either. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time on him.
