Roy Wilkerson Hardware Store in Acle, Norwich

I've been using Wilkerson's since 1998 when I moved into the area and have nothing but praise for it. This is a place where you can buy one screw or one hundred, a sheet of sand-paper or packets of - none of this pre-packaged nonsense you get in superstores and where you are forced to buy more than you'll ever require again! And staffed by helpful, obliging and friendly people.

Helpful, but rarely have anything that you want in stock unfortunately. Worth ringing in advance; but even then you can't count on them actually having it.

I have been using this shop for over thirty years and they don't change. Their prices match and better the larger stores and if they haven't got it they will tell you the best place to get it. Always a good morning and a cheerful smile. Bob B

Was told about this shop when i first came here three years ago, very helpful staff, they sell almost everything, you name it they have it, or can tell you where to get it if not stocked.

I love this shop could spend all day there.
