The Sandwich Company (UK) Ltd in Walsall

I purchased a sandwich from Nisa in Kidderminster from The Sandwich Company (UK) Ltd - Grab and Go and for the price the content was deplorable. Their website states to contact them giving them feedback if not happy.

I have emailed twice and even wrote a letter (all this has happened within March). Upto the time of writing (29 March 2014) I have not even had an acknowledgement of my attempts to contact them either way. I have photos of the said sandwich. Would I buy another sandwich from them? NO.
Do they appear to have any concerns about customers comments? NO.
