Candy Addicted in Watford

My fiancee ordered a item from them, the payment was taken the very next day but no dispatch note and no goods 1 month later. I have tried contacting them and the clipso salon group which says that is their web shop with no joy on either side. I have since written demanding a refund under the distance selling regulations 2000 and reported them to trading standards. I suggest other users on here do the same.
