UPS in West Gourdie Industrial Estate, Dundee

Removed from senders pallet. Delivered one week late. Item dropped and irreparably damaged, should have been left on the pallet. Impossible to contact local depot, system prevents direct contact. Communication and system updates inadequate. Friendly driver, willing to listen and assist.

Completely disagree with previous comment. Possibly the worst courier service have come across and I've seen/used them all.
* package in branch for 6 days - no update or attempt to deliver.
* unable to contact customer services to find out what has happened
* l long wait on phone whereby still cannot give any further information just have branch call within the hour.
Always amazes me how a company like UPS can grow an international business.

I'm not sure why so many people complain, of all the courier services I have tried over time, UPS is by far the best and most efficient. There might be slight delays from time to time, but that can happen, and it's nothing compared to some horrible experiences I've had using other couriers. I'll stick with UPS!
