Mike drew up the plans for our house refurbishment and was very efficient and professional. The plans were passed by Bromley Planning Department without any problems and we have been extremely happy with the service Mike has given us. He is very knowledgeable and approachable and was always available if we had any questions or needed clarification on our project. We would not hesitate in recommending him.

We used Mike for a large extension on our house, we found him throughly professional and friendly.Our builders were also very happy with him. Mike actually project managed my extension and I can honestly say, without him we would not have the house that we have now. The council had initailly rejected our plans. Mike knew how to get around the problem and he ensured that all was in place. Even the building inspector was extremely impressed by our project. My builders have also done several projects with Mike as a result of our extension. He made sure that all the plans were put in place on time too!
I subsequently recommended him to several family and friends.
Every single person that has used him via our recommendations have been happy and have also passed his number on. I would use him again over anyone else that I know and I will continue to recommend him. I have visited his office in Hayes and I can assure you that it is there! I have no idea what the other review is talking about? I have been on several occasions. All I can say is go and visit him yourself at his office. You will find him there, and you will find the most professional, intelligent and warming person. He is the right man for the job and I assure you he will get it done!

Wish I had investigated earlier. Address is a closed language school above a children's clothing shop. No local business has heard of him. Claimed he was a member of RIBA but they made him take it off after our experience.
Not a member of any professional body. Neither is the engineer he claims to know. Insists on money up front. Couldn't use any of his work. Good luck. Wish I had checked first. Wouldn't want our nightmare to happen to anyone else.

We have used Mike to do our plans for a 6 bedroom detached house and a poolhouse (5 years later) after a recommendation from a friend of ours. We had a dodgy architect who had done some plans for us which were basically useless. Mike made several suggestions to us and ultimately we have a much better laid out house with a 1 metre larger downstairs area. Without Mike and his eye for detail our house would not be the dream house it is now!
Hence why many of my friends have used Mike and I recommend him to anyone. It's not easy to find a good architect, my mum and sister have also had issues with poor work from architects. I can only say that Mike is very good at his job and you can't go wrong. Also, the address is correct I have been to the office in Hayes so I'm not sure what this other reviewer is on about.
