Used esigns for work on my van in February this year, had to pay in advance but the work was substandard and not as the proof they sent me. The pictures on the van were a shocking colour and the wanted to charge me again to correct there mistake! They did everything to get out of making a simple correction which was very foolish because that's what reviews are for. My credit card company did get involved and refunded some money to me. Well that says it all really. The manager Zak is very cocky and should learn that a bad word travels faster than a good word.
