Tiger Sheds in Horsforth, Leeds

Where do I begin, ordered my 20 x 10 workman apex shed on the 1st October and received it on the 18th November, not bad for a 15 day commitment on their website. So after being 4 weeks late the lady i spoke with merely states its just an estimate on the website. The shed is delivered without the anti vandal screws I ordered (£20addition) but to aid construction I merely ask for them to be sent out in the post. I then noticed 3 of the adjoining floor panels were damaged but again was willing to let that slip due to how long I had already waited on it actually arriving.

So on attaching the 3 floor panels to the side apex section we began to locate the rear panels along the back, when my father in law and I noticed the 2.5" gap between the 2 panels in the middle section of the shed, I phoned Tigersheds and was asked to provide all sizes over the phone to ensure it was their mistake and not me being incapable of erecting it properly.
After explaining all the issues and sending the photos they requested,I was told to hault construction and await details of when the new panels can be arranged, I since have been told today that they will be an additional 5 working days (with the rest of my existing shed lying open to the elements out the back and partially assembled) and to add insult to injury the shed is now 5% cheaper if I ordered it today which they said they can do nothing about. Nor can they assist in having it built due to me having used my last annual leave day to build the thing on day of arrival. They merely state it's £330 to have it professionally installed. I have never experienced such bad customer service after purchasing an item that turns out to be sub standard, especially one at £1230. They miss the fact I have waited since 1st October and the fact the product is damaged, faulty and with parts missing along with it lying outside with bad weather eating away at the untreated material.
I wished to send it back but due to me starting construction they say it's not possible, really at a catch 22, I have to fix floor myself and god only knows when the other panels will arrive, maybe Santa will deliver them.........Do not buy from this company, you will regret it!
