Just to say its about 10 years ago I saw Keith and still remember his tips and insights. He provided me with a safe space to really let out me feelings about feeling "under" the NHS since childhood also how handy a technique it is to see things from the consultant's point of view. A patient empowering experience with a good sense of humour which I recalled even today whilst writing to a health professional.
