Pumpkin in Norwich

I called in for a cup of tea before catching my train on 22 February 2014. The cup of tea I was served is possibly the worst I have ever had the misfortune to drink? I returned to the counter but the member of staff just shrugged and was not at all interested in discussing it with me. I will avoid this establishment in future.
