My name is Barry Deeks, and I have been a Trainer for over 5 years now.
I have worked with many people from all different walks of life, from professional athletes to FHM models, and everyday members of the public.
I took up cycling and started to compete from the age of 10. At 16 I represented Great Britain at the Mountain Bike World Championships. I was a part of the team for 8 years. After retiring from competition I helped other riders with their fitness and training, alongside helping many members of the public acheive their goals.
