To start off this review, I will say that the product was good.... this being the only good point. Unfortunately the delivery did not arrive on the day requested and paid for (this also happened on my last order), although I did manage to get the delivery charge refunded). I called to check what the status was and was met by the most rude, arrogant and disrespectful woman I have ever spoken to. I didn't have access to my order number and was trying to locate this on the phone I was using, little did the woman know I could actually hear what she was saying. Mocking a customer is truly pathetic, childish and petty. She truly needs to reconsider her profession, because she clearly is not capable of being a decent being. I will not be purchasing from this company again, nor shall my partners national landscaping company.
