DNDP C.I.C. was founded on the principles of re-thinking conventional working practices and structures, operating as a Supported Business Social Enterprise. Inspired by his own experience of disability, Bruce Gunn established DNDP C.I.C. To allow people with disabilities to enter sustainable employment in a flexible manner which has improved, transformed and, in some cases, even saved lives.
