I am a seamstress. I do clothing alterations and repairs. I have a lifetime's experience. I am particularly interested in working with people with a physical disability, especially wheelchair users. I have worked as a carer with wheelchair users, so I understand the problems of getting a good fit.
I am very happy to do everything and anything, except zips in jeans, for which an industrial machine is necessary. I also make garments from scratch. I have never bought a pair of curtains - I just make them from a fraction of the price.
I am also interested in wedding and bridesmaids' dresses, and babies' christening outfits cut from Mum's wedding dress.
