Statistics say that over half of the population are single or live alone. In today's world, it is so difficult to get out there and meet genuine people. People who have the same interests as yourself and just looking for friendship and company.
For whatever reason, we are single or live alone, whether it is by choice or circumstance we all want to make friends. Maybe we just don't have the same interests as our partners.
So this site has been set up to hopefully bring people together, to meet the old fashioned way (with a bit of technology thrown in), through social events, with no expectations and none of the pressure of dating sites and in the company and security of others.
