This agency sent me for an interview and then a second interview with just two phone calls. They then contacted the company within minutes to discuss contract changes without having an offer on the table. The company then re advertised themselves within an hour. They have called me twice while driving and been asked to call in 15 minutes with no response. E-mailing them to ask what they wanted got no reponse. Poor communication, no understanding of when to keep quiet and when to negotiate. They ruined my chances.
