I wish I hadn't taken my phone here. Was advised that repair would cost £30-50 to fix intermittent loudspeaker and get phone to turn on. I had previously been told on the phone that the speaker would cost £30.

When I picked phone up I was told that the speaker had been replaced but when I tested it it was still intermittent. I could not wait any longer and said I would bring the phone back for him to have another look. I tried to take the phone but he refused to give it to me without me paying £30 as he said this was the cost for turning the phone on. He said he had been able to switch it on by backing it up on computer, but when I asked to see this back up he could not show me.

Shocking service. Screen repaired then come back with the speaker not working. Wanted another £75 to fix a problem they created. Avoid at all costs.

Go to selly oak by Katie road. They charge £1 for screen protector not £10….
