Pavers Patio Flags in Lower Wortley, Leeds

They supplied about 150 slabs to do my back garden.. 5 months after they were laid 43 of the slabs after the frost at Christmas were damaged as the top layer of concrete came off. Without even coming out to see them they say that i caused the damage. They also say I never bought anything from them and that the landscaper... who they recommended bought the slabs.. does it matter who bought them at the end of the day they manufactured them and they are damaged. I have given up trying to be reasonable with them they have insulted me... implied that I am a liar and trying to mislead... my recommendation is they are cheap but beware should you need customer service... you pay cheap you get cheap...
