Regent Carpets in Ilkeston

Our experience with regent carpets - We had them fit our upstairs and downstairs re-carpeted by this company.

After only one year the carpets is fraying around the edges, has come away from the edges so the gripper is visible and the fit is so poor on the stairs you can get your hand behind it. After numerous phone calls and complaints the management sent 2 fitters out who said they could do nothing and suggested we buy new carpet! Please, please do not use regent carpets.
