The Dolly Tub Laundrette in Allestree, Derby

I stupidly used the dolly tub in allestree to clean some table cloths. I dropped them off early December, being told that I would get a call to say they were ready! I received this call on Christmas Eve at 10am. Saying can I come and pick them up bef E they closed at 12pm. Which I couldn't. The young girl then aggressively told me they had been ready for 3 wks and were taking up too much space, how was I to know this?? On the 4th Jan, first day back trading I got another call demanding I pick them up this week!! Just been to collect my dry cleaning up and was faced with the young girl again full of attitude and aggression! I will never use them again!! No idea how they are still in business!!
