What an appalling service from start to finish. We engaged with this recruiter (operating under another name; Alexander Dore) on two vacancies using a web based recruitment portal. Candidates were submitted and interviews were confirmed however, upon further investigation, candidates were not aware of these roles and had no idea that they had been put forward for them, let alone had interviews scheduled. Upon trying to contact Alexander Dore the website had been removed and the telephone number we had been provided was not answered or forwarded. We were then contacted directly by the candidates unexpectedly which made the company look very unprofessional. I would never use this agency again and I would advise all employers to steer clear of Skyline, Alexander Dore or any company affiliated with the individual Michael Dore.
