Wessex Site Inspection Ltd (WSI) has been providing Clerk of Works and Supervisor roles on NEC contracts since it was established in 1997.
Over the past 20+ years, we have provided flexible levels of input and demonstrated value to our Clients by raising issues during the construction process that would otherwise have been overlooked. Such issues usually concern use of sub-standard materials, shortcuts in acceptable building practices, or issues that would have created future maintenance problems & additional costs.
Our team of inspectors are strategically located across the South of England, and use our own bespoke reporting systems to record factual information & provide an independent view of progress against programme.
