Hot Chilli Internet Ltd in Springfield, Chelmsford

I have been a customer of this company for several years. Recently I was plagued by them with demands for accounts that had already been settled. Despite my protests this happened repeatedly.
I wrote tro the company complaining and asking for a considered response. They have quite pointedly declined to engage on the matter and I have been unable to obtain any resolution.
It appears that they lack any kind of complaints procedure and I am highly dissatisfied with their service. I intend to take my custom elsewhere.
