We were once quite happy with this business and they have certainly benefited from our sustained past custom. However, we were recently left with an expensive yet very unsatisfactory mattress - which we had to dump.
Our complaint about its faulty nature was dealt with by sending people over to view it once we had (as a matter of urgency) bought a comfortable replacement elsewhere.
A few days, later we received a brief, unsigned note in the post telling us there was no fault - and that they could not help us.
They did not even have the courtesy to put our name above the address line - or indeed sign the note.
As a disabled person who requires a comfortable bed that does not collapse at the edge - I feel that they could have handled the situation with far more grace and compassion.
My advice to anyone choosing a mattress is to do a lot of research - because the industry is skewed against people being able to make proper price and quality comparisons. For example, factories produce generic grades of mattress which are given a wide variety of 'names' tailored to individual businesses; such name labels are actively designed to throw off the consumer in their desire to know precisely what they are buying.
