Energie fitness for Women Southend offer an informal, friendly, non-intimidating safe atmosphere where you can achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. We are situated in the heart of Southend on the High Street above the post office. We have two exercise circuits, motorised and hydraulic, both take only 30 minutes so ideal to fit in a lunch hour or come in before or after work. We also offer a number of fitness classes throughout the day and evening. In addition to this we can arrange affordable one to one sessions with a personal trainer.
