Weatherwhites in Nazeing, Waltham Abbey

Took my car into investigate & repair noise. Was asked can do Thurs 2/6 or Fri 3/6. Asked for Thurs. Was told Tnurs a bit difficult so I said had to be the Friday. Took it in 9am. Didn't ring until 1pm to say what it could be. Asked them to repair said it couldn't be that day, even though they said would be done, plus couldn't do the Saturday as people on holiday and only work every other Saturday. I clearly said when I booked in that I need someone reliable & honest. Said they have to much work to be anything but, so will get it sorted for me. Well not as honest or reliable. Cost me £36 for doing absolutely nothing & not being as honest as 1st promised. Very hard to speak to someone on arrival, as no one in office. Was left at least 10 mins before I had to ask where reception was & for assistance. Not organised at all & rip off! Have to pay out for someone else to repair now so not happy!
