Noah's Ark Cycles in Brimscombe, Stroud

Great staff, knowledgeable and prepared to negotiate a deal. I would have rated it 5star except for their failure to deliver some work on time. I booked my bike in for some work with the owner of the shop and was promised it in 8-days and told not to call as it would be ready: it was not and the work had not even been scheduled! This upset my cycling plans significantly and it was only the genuine concern & solution-finding by one of the workshop people that stopped me from taking my business elsewhere. I will not book any work via the owner in future.
