Steve Virgo Garden Machinery in Lydney

I recently had the starter cord on my Ryobi chainsaw replaced by this company.

When the repair was completed, the chainsaw wouldn't start, so I returned to ask them to have a look at it to find what had gone wrong when they had been working on it.
To my amazement, they flatly refused, even saying that they didn't service Ryobi products. So no logic or customer service expertise either it seems.

I was left to return home to dismantle and fix the chainsaw myself. Fortunately, the problem was minor and I was able to rectify it.

Needless to say, as a result of their refusal to help, they have lost my maintenance contract for my Hayter mower and all my other garden machinery. I cannot think of ever having experienced anything like this before and still can't believe that they could be so unprofessional!

This company has apparently been in business since 1995 - how that could be with a customer service/attitude problem as large as theirs frankly escapes me!
