Sextons in Gloucester

Got some tweeters installed and the work was done well. Only gave 4 stars due to high labour costs and also because I was initially quoted £80 over the phone (this included tweeters and fitting) but was charged by the owner £120 on the day. I told him i was advised by his staff that it was supposed to be £80, so instead he charged me £96 ( £80+vat). I'm pretty sure the initial quote was already inclusive of vat otherwise it is quite unusual to quote without vat. So I felt kind of ripped off. So my advise is to check agree the price once you arrive at the shop to avoid any misunderstanding. And as for sextons, I think they need to sort out their price structure so it is consistent rather two people giving me two prices for the same job.
