You get quality, professional, honest builders and then you get Beard and Tandy.
Bad customer experience. Overcharge , expects sub-contractors to do two days work in one day, poor finished quality, show no concern with customer dissatisfaction , leave everyday like a bomb site, how can I explain "reduces job by 100 screws and no price reduction but if one additional screw is added you will have a shock on your bill. I am sure you understand the point I am trying to make. Just trying to save others an unhappy and costly experience. My advice is do your homework when choosing a builder.
