Penhow Chimney Services in Newport

Spitting in front garden was bad enough, but the work was atrocious.
We have an open aspect fire place in our kitchen. Penhow sweeps turned up yesterday (1 man operation). Didn't sufficiently protect the area and when it became obvious there was going to be a lot of soot and a birds nest, rather than evaluating his plan he got a face mask and continued regardless. His "work" resulted in soot all over everything in the kitchen, conservatory and lounge (all open plan). He then wheeled his stinking Hoover over the rug in the hall, leaving black marks everywhere. He made excuses saying that he can never tell what a chimney will be like until he starts. He said that he had out a hundred weight of soot in his van to take away (I later found it all stuffed in my bin) and he did not clean up. To top it all off when I paid him the £45, I only had ten pound notes, so I have him £50... he didn't expect me to ask for change! I will never use this company again. We had to eat out last night and I've had to spend the whole day cleaning the mess. Not happy, this was the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced.
