Asda Late Opening Pharmacy in Duffryn, Newport

Put in prescription previous evening, called in next morning to collect. Waiting behind 2 customers who had scripts to put in, another woman who came after me walked away in disgust. Assistant (Ruth) behind counter looked up briefly and then went back to her paperwork, 5 minutes later still waiting so I politely asked her if she would be collecting the 2 scripts and finding mine, she replied that "I am busy", I asked her what she was doing and was curtly told "doing paperwork". After another minute or so she went behind to the pharmacy and the pharmacist came out and took the scripts then collected mine from the shelf (in total she took approx 30 seconds). I don't think I will be using them again unless there is no other option.

Unlike the previous reviewer, I have only have positive experiences at this branch of Asda pharmacy. The staff there have always been really helpful and friendly towards me.
