Came and tiled out floor without finishing properly. When he left I messaged him some pics showing him errors. We asked that he'd make sure the plinths still fitted. He said they would and they don't. He also didn't fit the divider for our laminate to meet it. He has now blocked us from Facebook and will not answer our calls.
