A very poor service. An engineer came to my home, diagnosed the problem; and then tried to steal my computer. The engineer took my computer away with him, then said it could not be repaired. He had the computer 3 weeks, and then was very apologetic when I asked him to return it. He was astonished that I wanted the computer back - despite it being my property. He claimed that he tried rebooting windows and it could not be repaired - and the reputable Engineer spent 3 days testing all the components - and the computer is working just fine now, albeit without an SSD. I have a witness to the 'engineer' coming to my home and taking the computer away, and he commented on just how arrogant the 'engineer' demeanour was when he initially examined the computer in my home. I took the computer to another repair shop. The problem was diagnosed: a defective SSD and this was covered under warranty. It cost £59.99, and windows booted just fine after a data transfer. I have reported the company to Trading Standards, because the computer was 11 months old. The SSD was removed, and the device sent back to the manufacturer. I have a print out of the work the reputable Engineer did, which will be sent to Trading Standards. To make matters worse, I explained to the 'engineer' I was 30% disabled following an accident at work. I do have a degree in Law from London School of Economics and needless to say I am not impressed with the quality of the service from this company.
