Cowplain Kebab House in Cowplain, Waterlooville

Have been going here for some time, and the food is good.
I was sent the wrong kebab this evening, which happens. I called the store and very politely advised I hadn't received the kebab I asked for and was barrated over the phone and told I was wrong.
The customer service was awful and I won't buy from this shop again unfortunately. Which is a shame because the drivers are always very pleasant.
