Envy Hair and Beauty in Fair Oak, Eastleigh

I'm not one to do this at all but I feel people should no!

Yesterday I decided as a treat to go and get my hair done in a salon and have a salon experience!

When I got to the salon at 2.30pm I explained I wanted my ombré taken slightly higher, we spoke about the service she was about to carry out, I was worried as it wasn't what I wanted so we both decided for a full head of highlights! At this point I asked a price and she said £50ish but "she didn't no as prices had changed and she forgets them". I was happy at the price she quoted and she started highlighting my hair! On a few occasions while doing my hair she asked me "what my budget was", I said the price I had been told!!

2.5 hours later she finished putting the packets in and put me under heat for 20 mins for me to develop quicker!! At this point I was terrified of the underneath of my hair snapping as it has been on hours!! The stylist came over and checked my hair and told me that all of the highlights were white apart from 2 at the front! At this point she put me back under heat!! I mentioned taking the back Foils out and leaving the front ones in and she said that it would only be for a few minutes!! After 5 minutes under more heat I was taken over to the basin, she started washing my hair, then added a toner (a toner I didn't no I was having!) this was left on for about 10 mins then washed off, I then had a treatment put on for a further 10 mins!! Sitting back in the chair the stylist and the owner both got a hairdryer and started rough drying the top! While still damp the stylist started cutting the length which I had explained right at the beginning I didn't want a cut! But didn't say anything and let her finish! They then took the gown off me and walked to the till! The owner explained she had written a price down and to add on any bits that she may of missed! A few minutes later the stylist asked for £111.40!!
I was a bit taken back and shocked, I think she could tell. She then proceeded to tell me all these 'extras' I had! (I didn't no I had or didn't get told I was having)! I paid my bill and walked out of there!! I hadn't had time to even look at my hair! I appreciate it was an hour and a half after their closing time and throughout I thanked them for staying after !

I rushed to my hair extensions ladies house, that I was already an hour late for and it wasn't until I got there that I saw it in the light at how awful the colour and the condition my hair was in!! I asked her to take photos of it but to be honest the photos actually do it justice!!
She tried her best to match the awful colour up and did make me feel a lot better about it!!

I wrote to the hairdressers last night, sent pics and there response was bloody awful!!
Being a manager of a salon and having to deal with unhappy customers before I would NEVER speak to a client the way I've been talked to! I asked politely for a refund as I feel the price I got charged was outrageous for what I received and was told that my hair was buggered because of me over processing it and having bonds in and how they had to highlight over the bonds!!! (THERE WAS NO HAIR EXTENSIONS OR BONDS LEFT IN!!!) and as a goodwill gesture they would rectify the mess that 'I made'! But just before this told me how bad condition my hair is now in!! So why the hell would they put more colour on!!! I am disgusted at the salon and embarrassed that I will now have to walk around with awful hair!! Not only that but work in a salon!!!
A 'salon experience treat' has turned into a nightmare!! Now I know why I should have stuck to having my hair done by my beautiful salon girls !!!
Please stay well away from ENVY HAIR AND BEAUTY IN FAIR OAK!!!

They refuse refund I will take this further.
