Stewart Erskine in Andover

I thought I'd try and save some money and go to a cheaper hairdresser, never again. Came in with a picture of the haircut I wanted. Simple shoulder length cut with highlights. To begin with the colour was wrong, looked more like block blonde colour rather than the subtle highlights in the picture. She blamed my hair. I should've known then, but let her continue with the cut. I looked up from my magazine to see her cutting one side of my hair above my ear! She hacked into one side. She said she was making it choppy! Looked awful! I was reduced to tears. She said she didn't know what to do so I told her to get someone who knew how to cut hair. The other hairdresser tried to fix it, but she had taken so much off. I went out with a Princess Diana haircut. I'm in my 30's - it is not a good look. Even now it is uneven. I've got to wear a hat for a couple of months till it grows a bit and then I can go to a proper hairdressers to get it fixed. Never ever again will I go to this butchers!
