D.H. Water Gardens in Sherfield-on-loddon, Hook

Dreadful. We asked for advice on marine aquatics as beginners and were told that tap water would be fine in the set up he sold us!!! We spent £300 only to realise we'd been misled. The fish died in 3 days.

My husband bought a £400+ Oase pond pump from DH Water gardens in August. It was ordered over the phone and we were told that it had a 5 year guarantee. The pump arrived with no invoice etc in the parcel. We have emailed and phoned numerous times, the emails go unanswered and when, and I say when, the phone is answered, we are promised some paper work as proof of when the pump was purchased, nothing ever comes and we need it for the guarantee.
As no one answers the phones and promises are never kept, cannot see how DH Water Garden is still in business
