I was incredibly disappointed with the very poor quality of work delivered by this company and only paid the bill under duress after threats of backdated late payment interest charges of 26% APR, even after making it very clear at every stage of our interaction both verbally and in writing that I wasn't happy with their work. This made a mockery of their initial sales pitch where they told me that they don't take deposits as they are happy to stand by the quality of their work & payment would only be made once I was happy with their installation. Internally the finish was shoddy with movement between the top of 4 bedroom windows & the wall. Quality Windows were only interested in trying to fix the problem superficially either by gluing the outside of the windows to the soffit (which didn't work) or applying internal trims even though we had agreed, and it was stated in the contract, not to have trims. They refused to carry out the required fixes or to improve the very poor quality finish and only offered to come back at some point in the future once all other work in the house had been completed. I won't have this company back in my house & have had to pay other traders to complete the work that they were unable or unwilling to do.
