This is the second time we have used Conservatory Village – but hopefully the last time!
Overall I am pleased with my windows but I am saddened and disappointed the lack of courtesy, attention and professionalism demonstrated during the installation process. I feel that the office was incredibly shoddy in making the arrangements for the fitting. The scheduling was appalling and there was insufficient allocation of manpower in terms of quantity and competence. The service engineer sent to install my windows was let down by his untidiness, slowness, and lack of attention to detail. After installation I wrote a well-detailed letter to Mr Chris Lodge the Managing Director outlining my complaint and attached a snagging list of faults. The letter was acknowledged and an engineer was promptly sent out – but he needed to spend an additional 5 hours rectifying all the problems. The Managing Director never followed up with me on the other aspects of my complaint.
The whole experience was unpleasant and caused me considerable distress, worry, and upset. As a repeat customer I feel let down by the installation process and the customer service follow up. I cannot recommend this company.
The other review on here somewhat shocks me. It seems they've turned it around. Having just had a conservatory built by them in Whiteley they were brilliant from the get go. Chris, Simon and Jason including all the workmen who completed the work were courteous and professional. The wife has already suggested the next property we buy will have a "live-in" conservatory built by them. Thanks again.
