1st Call Sam's Entertainment in Southampton

These people are criminals. They took my deposit and then pretended they didn't receive my confirmation that I no longer required the service and needed deposit back. The man was so unbelievably rude, I am surprised he manages to have any kind of business at all. He screamed and swore at me down the phone and refused to refund my deposit, despite not providing any kind of service. Hopefully someone will get this company shut down ASAP to avoid others being scammed.
