Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese healing art, a physical therapy which supports and strengthens the bodys natural ability to heal and balance itself. It works on the whole person, the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual.
A deeply relaxing experience, regular treatments can alleviate stress and illness and maintain health and well-being. It can help in a wide range of conditions, from specific injuries to more general symptoms of poor health.
You remain fully clothed at all times. Shiatsu takes place on a padded mat at floor level, although it is possible to receive Shiatsu whilst seated.
Paul Bridle has been a practitioner for over 20 years. Working with Shiatsu in private practice and for a variety of companies, a National Festival Theatre, and a charitable organisation. He has also taught Shiatsu, Oriental Medicine, Therapeutic Massage and Aromatherapy.
Shiatsu sessions are available by appointment at Oasis.

The initial session takes approximately one and a half hours including taking details of your medical history. Allow one hour for follow on sessions.
