Didn’t listen to what was required. Did things they were not asked to do. Didn’t do what they were asked to do. Paid a lot of money. We still shielding the best we can so trusted them to get on with it. Big mistake. Could not believe what they had not done which was most of it. We had to get them back which he didn’t want to do. Sterilising with pledge doesn’t real work??? He said he’s been doing it for 30 yrs well you wouldn’t think so. The stress far outweighed the help we thought we were getting. Basically don’t use this firm.

Dreadful. I was asked for money up front which, like a fool I paid. The standard of work was appalling. Dirty toilets, floors not cleaned or hovered properly, sink left stained and smeary, kitchen cupboards left with drip marks and stains. I could go on. I was refused any refund and told 'see you in court'. Be warned.
