KNJ Construction in Bedminster, Bristol

Had a lovely loft conversion done by these guys, they were friendly, a few days they failed to arrive but that's just builders, I was pleased with there work, however, I've had problems with the roof which was over 18mths ago, I rang KNJ to come and rectify the problem, they answered the phone and said they would come and look at it, weeks passed by and I never seen them, even stopped answering my calls, in the end I had to get a different builder in, which I had to pay for, the new builder said the roof wasn't built to building standards!! So my advice is use a different company from the start because their after customer service/care is appalling.

Knj were brilliant, I'm not sure what the bad review above is, I found the company extremely friendly and had no problems in the work or contacting them. Outstanding work and outstanding quality.
