Impossible to contact for help, My 3 year old riser/recliner chair has broken down the customer help line and office phones appear to be disconnected as is the e-mail contact. The salesman could not have been more helpful when I purchased and until now the chair has been as required. I did ring once before to ask how to reset the battery backup after a power cut and the lady in the office was very unhelpful and curt.
