Blagdon Water Gardens in Langford, Bristol

After shopping there for over 5 years, i was sold the wrong pipe, by a lady, i took a sample with me to match it up, my Dad was with me, so he paid on his credit card, a week later i went to use the pipe, but it was the wrong size? I then phoned to be told as long as you have the receipt, so ok, then i realized i didn't have it, as my dad paid with his card and didn't give me the receipt, anyway they want me to get a credit card statement from my dads bank, before they would exchange a £15 bit of pipe? After 5 years of buying hundreds and hundreds of pounds of fish stuff with them, this is the loyalty they have shown me, and treated me like i was trying to rob them of £15, and it was not even my mistake, i have had it with them now, over the years i have seen the shop decline and go downhill, the prices are sky high, and the service is poor, i don't recommend it to anyone, E-bay are far cheaper, and will refund if there's a problem, its a shame and a let down, but there you go, that's just how it is.
